Because of time constraint, I've only made a very rough outline of the presentation of the project. In general, a flash movie will be prepared with similar idea displayed in the PowerPoint file :-
(1) Use a simple movie to introduce the PROJECT TOPIC
(2) Develop buttons to show info of each sub-section (on-press)
(3) Use movies/graphics/charts/texts (in an interactive way as appropriate) to present information for each sub-section (e.g. General Info, Objective, Prog Structure etc...)

The idea of your learning object is very good but I think it will be time consuming one.
It is also a hit topic so I think students can benefit a lot.
